What I am selling, simply stated, is: I have been a member of the Seattle/Pacific Northwest Chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) since I began my career in 1981, first as an aerial photographer and then expanding to offer corporate photography services. We understand budgets and value long-term business relationships. I service Seattle, the Puget Sound area of Western Washington and Washington State, as well as the western states ranging from Canada to Mexico. Before entering into a commercial business relationship with our photography clients, we will engage in a thorough discussion relating to the elements of the corporate project, the approaches for completing the photography, any ancillary fees, and the photography usage rights you are purchasing. I work strictly on location, primarily in the Seattle area, the Puget Sound region, the Pacific Northwest, and the Western US.&npsp; Before I begin any location photography project, whether it is a portrait, corporate, industrial, construction progress or architectural assignment, my first undertaking is to LISTEN and to UNDERSTAND the needs of my clients. With a clear understanding the your visual communications goals, I can usually offer suggestions and guidance — based of over thirty years experience as a commercial photographer — and then apply an array of creative solutions to produce location photos that effectively fulfill a client's marketing and/or illustrative needs. When making portrait photos or images of people in situational contexts, I try to invoke a sense of "real life/ordinary people". In the corporate and industrial environments I work to produce images demonstrating the interrelationship between people, their corporate environment, and their livelihood. My goal is to illustrate why your company is a good place to do business! We primarily employ digital photography equipment for the bulk of our production, with the additional capability to produce 6x17 panorama photos of film. We offer scanning and digital delivery services via our dedicated FTP link, or ship your photographs to you archived on CD/DVD. I enjoy the challenge and endless variety afforded by assignment corporate and industrial photography work. In my estimation, each successful location photograph I make is a miracle. If photography ever ceases, in my mind, to be a miraculous process, it will be time to quit and do something else. Aerial and marine photography have been specialties since I first started as a commercial photographer in Seattle. I have a detailed understanding of the means and methods best suited to producing aerial photography for real estate marketing and development, marine services marketing, stock photography, and general publishing applications. My knowledge of real estate markets in Western Washington is extensive. Though based in Seattle and principally covering the Puget Sound region of Washington State, I have completed corporate aerial and marine photography assignments ranging from Baja to British Columbia and throughout the Pacific Northwest states and West Coast. In most cases I can advise my customers about what it takes to produce aerial views that best illustrate a marketing or editorial message. Oblique aerial photography offers a unique, as well as functional, illustrative viewpoint for marketing applications. Aerial photographs make excellent mural displays. You can choose from a wide variety of stock aerial photography of the Seattle and Puget Sound areas of Washington or elect to contract for custom views. I also offer graphic illustration services to augment your aerial murals. Our clients include architectural firms, developers, governmental agencies, publishers, appraisers, realtors, the marine services and international shipping industries, boat builders, yacht owners, marinas, hoteliers and resorts, property managers and a continually expanding list of others. As an aerial photographer I work from a variety of aerial platforms and can address a wide range of budgets. We principally employ digital, with additional capacity to create 6x17 panorama photographs on film. Our extensive stock photography library consists of a continually growing catalog. Subjects include corporate, business, industrial photography, and business portrait photography; ordinary people in everyday life, lifestyles, and personal technology; school age children for educational publishing applications; youth baseball; transportation, marine shipping, air freight shipping, industrial facilities and technologies; scenic panorama photography; scenic and tourism related views of cities, Puget Sound and the Pacific Northwest, Washington State, the Western U.S., Florida, Massachusetts and Cape Cod, Europe, and Mexico; geology and environmental subjects; aerial photography of ships, marine subjects, cities, environmental issues, energy technologies, the coastal U.S. The photography displayed on this web site is all available for stock publication use, or give us a call to discuss your stock list.
